I usually find new blogs by sifting through the blogs I read , I check out their followers and readers lists, sometimes follow quietly through email at other times follow openly, I also turn to twitter to pick up links to blogs.
Everytime I click that "next blog" button on the upper left side of a blog page, Blogger or Google, perhaps both, send me to some overly religious blog, now I have nothing against religion, in fact I do follow a couple faith based blogs,but its those "holier than thou" or "you need to be saved" blogs that both irk and amuse me and blogger keeps redirecting me to these....why? I have 2 possible theories :1: Blogger thinks my soul is in danger because I am everything people like Pat Robertson and his ilk hate A Butch who is legally married, has a kid, is fairly successful and showing the world that lbgtq parents can and do raise normal heterosexual kids,that we can co exist in harmony with the social norm, and hey we are the same as anyone else with the same hopes and dreams,worries and concerns, in fact we are are just as normal or crazy as anyone else.
Or :2: the extreme right wing nutters and "God Warriors" are quietly taking over Blogger without anyone really paying attention or noticing! either way it is difficult if not near impossible to find blogs that are not overly religious using the "next blog" button, so if you find that someone has sifted through your blog followers list and snooped through the blogs your following list. fear not, tis just me searching out interesting blogs to follow and read, I rely on your lists for normalcy ha ha ha.
